At a young age, kids are first taught to write letters in print only. When kids reach the age of eight to ten, they are taught how to write in cursive. They may find this quite difficult and boring at first. But one fun way to teach them this is to use worksheets also.

How will you preschool your young child? – In pre-schooling your children must be according to their pace. Teach them according to their capacity. In this way, we can avoid them from being stress out. Stress can disable their learning abilities.

The learning should be fun. It should not feel like work, but play. For otherwise, children will quickly get bored. Hence it would be a good idea to use a lot of interesting activities, games, coloring sheets, illustrated kindergarten worksheets etc. You should be well prepared with these teaching aids, which can be made very easily.

Luckily I had lots of resources for ideas so having fun with the kids on a budget was never a problem. Before the days of in-home computers, we had the library, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School curriculum and the occasional leftover worksheets and coloring pages from classrooms at years end. Crayons, scissors and paste went a long way back then.
